We are looking for a Product and Channel Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in Turkey by building and activating strategic partners and driving enterprise product sales across key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic enterprise partners (SIs, resellers, MSSPs)
- Understand channel needs and, through effective product management, position the most appropriate security solutions from assigned product portfolio
- Deliver partner enablement sessions (sales + basic technical), ensuring partners can position and sell the solution effectively.
- Onboard and activate new partners with joint business plans and enablement
- Drive product go-to-market execution for assigned vendor/product lines
- Support complex enterprise deals end-to-end (qualification, positioning, pricing, closing)
- Maintain strong CRM pipeline discipline and forecasting accuracy
- Work closely with pre-sales, marketing, and vendor teams to win enterprise opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales (IT/cybersecurity/networking/software preferred)
- Strong track record in channel sales / partner development
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision processes
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and executive relationship skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in value-added distribution (VAD)
- Existing network across enterprise SIs, MSSPs, and large resellers in Turkey
- Experience selling subscription-based licenses and enterprise platforms
