What You Bring To The Table

• 1-3 years of experience designing & shipping world-class software
• Understanding of web design principles
• Strong product management and communication skills and attention to detail
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership
• Experience working with digital products and technical teams
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Together with your team, you’ll work on various software projects throughout the company
• Coordinate ideas, projects and deadlines from start to finish
• Use analytics and data-driven development to validate your design ideas and identify improvements
• Actively contribute to the broader product strategy
• Work closely with your agile team, participating in sprint activities and ensuring that your team delivers effective customer solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pains and their needs
• fluent German language skills

• Experience working with teams using Scrum or other Agile Methods and tools (e.g. Jira)
• Comfortably working with Figma
