Junior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

We help our client defend their customers against known and emerging threats, discover new vulnerabilities in common software, and interdict threats in the wild before they can further harm the internet at large.

IF YOU ARE

Experienced as a Junior DevOps Engineer
Aware of logging and monitoring principles
Proficient in Linux or Windows system administration
Knowledgeable in networking concepts such as IP stack, routing, and DNS
Familiar with cloud technologies, especially Azure (Entra ID, VM, networking, AKS, Azure Monitor, Storage accounts, etc.)
Proactive and results-oriented
Skilled in expressing ideas in English during daily stand-up meetings
Experienced with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC/CM tools (would be a plus)
Familiar with database administration (optional)

AND YOU WANT TO

Work directly with various stakeholders at different technical and managerial levels
Provide resolutions to cloud environment-related incidents as a part of our 24/7 monitoring team
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve various types of requests, whether initiated by end-users or the monitoring system
Participate in root cause analysis for repeatable issues
Follow up with customers to verify that solutions are successful
Suggest options for environmental improvement
Automate infrastructure, following best practices of infrastructure/configuration as code concepts
Cover regular maintenance activities such as backups, patching, etc.
Work with a wide range of cutting-edge technologies and tools
