About the Position
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing projects, ranging from new system implementations and upgrades to add-ons, infrastructure refreshes, and bespoke customer solutions. Projects span multiple healthcare domains, including clinical systems, workflow solutions, analytics, and technical platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation through to closure, ensuring successful delivery
- Define project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables
- Deliver projects in line with agreed quality, cost, and schedule commitments
- Manage technical and infrastructure-focused projects where required
- Own and manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and customer-facing
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including pre-sales support, requirements definition, contracting, delivery, and close-out
- Ensure effective change control and governance processes are applied
- Forecast project delivery and associated revenue profiles
- Produce clear and accurate management information and status reporting
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues
- Support sales activities including tender responses when required
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Demonstrable project management experience
- Formal project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Experience delivering projects from a vendor into public sector healthcare organisations
- Experience implementing Radiology systems within public healthcare environments
- Strong experience working with public sector health systems
- Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
