At Koinly, our goal is simple to describe but incredibly hard to deliver: a user should be able to complete their taxes in under 20 minutes.

Achieving that speed requires obsessive accuracy. We’re looking for a Product Specialist who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty in the data. Someone who moves beyond identifying bugs to truly understanding the "why" behind transaction mechanics, liquidity pools, and API discrepancies.

We are a remote-first, async-driven team of 35 that values technical excellence and autonomy over pointless meetings. If you’re a "detective" by nature and a crypto-native by choice, you’ll fit right in.

The work

You are the bridge between our users and our developers. You ensure our product remains the most accurate in the market by:

• Solving root causes: Diving into complex data discrepancies and API issues to find the "why," not just the "what."
• Refining the product: Working with the Product team to shape strategy based on user insights and competitor research.
• QA & automation: Performing rigorous testing on new features and using AI tools to automate internal workflows.
• Integration quality: Investigating transaction data across various blockchains to ensure our integrations are flawless.

Requirements

• You have deep crypto fluency: You understand liquidity, DAOs, and transaction mechanics. If you’ve never used a block explorer or handled a DeFi swap, this won't be the right fit.
• You have a "Detective" mindset: You have a high bar for quality and a meticulous eye for detail.
• You are technical: You’re comfortable with Jira, Excel, APIs, and using AI tools to amplify your productivity.
• You value autonomy: You prefer a flat structure where you own your work and manage your own time.
