Nestle in Ukraine invites 5-6th year students and recent graduates to participate in Graduate Program in HR.

Where will you work ? – Nestle office in Kyiv

When will you start ? – January 2024

How long will it last ? – 1 year

What type of employment? – Full day (hybrid schedule: 3 days from home, 2 – from office)

During the program you’ll get a chance to:

To learn E2E process of recruitment
To recruit students and youth for our great projects like Nestle Needs Youth and Summers`Cool
To gain knowledge about document workflow and some basics of payment process in HR
To develop your creativity in supporting & organizing different HR department's events
experience what it’s like to be a part of a multicultural team;
gain practical knowledge by working in our businesses;
develop your hard and soft skills via trainings and mentoring by supervisors;
extend your network by preparing common projects with other interns;
receive further career opportunities.

What will make you successful:

You are 5-6th year student or recent graduate;
Fluent in English;
Advanced Microsoft Office pack user;
Communication and cooperation skills;
Full of creative ideas;
Responsibility and result focus;
Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team.
