Key Responsibilities

Jira Board Management:

Oversee the Jira board by creating and detailing tasks, epics, and releases; review backlog items.

Developer Coordination

Communicate with developers to determine task estimates and update progress statuses on project tasks.

Developer Support And Continuity

Process developer requests and ensure the continuity of workflows, addressing any operational obstacles as they arise.

Beta Testing Organization

Plan and manage beta testing phases, including providing access to participants and handling feedback to improve product quality.

Application Stability Monitoring

Regularly monitor application stability and escalate issues promptly when they arise.

Service Administration

Administer key services to ensure proper releases setup and functioning.

Release Management

Submit builds to review and resolve rejects if needed.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a Project Manager or QA role.
Strong communication skills for effective coordination and reporting.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies or willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Have

Previous experience in an operational or project coordination role.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Completed courses in project or product management.
