We are seeking a Business Performance Analystto become a part of our team.

Job Description

Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational “bottlenecks”.
Develop revenue forecasts, set & track OKRs & KPIs, and evaluate long-term trends.
Monitor business performance, ensuring alignment with targets, and track incidents impacting performance.
Analyze marketing investments, conversion funnels, and CRM campaigns.
Support and execute strategic projects (e.g., expansion) with data-driven insights and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Create presentations, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business/performance/investments/product or data analytics, focusing on business performance and strategy.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Strong knowledge and experience using Tableau or similar analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio).
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and operations teams.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders.
English proficiency is a plus, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
