Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Product management role in Financial/ Cybersecurity/ KYC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for risk, compliance, cybersecurity, and financial services offerings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and evolving market needs.
• Regulatory Analysis: Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOX, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, KYC), translating requirements into actionable product features and maintaining ongoing compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders—including engineering, legal, compliance, sales, and customers—to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure solution alignment.
• Feature Development & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition through design, development, testing, and launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, secure features.
• Risk Integration: Embed risk assessment and mitigation strategies into product design, proactively identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and threats.
• Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success, user adoption, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.
• Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive offerings to inform product evolution and maintain a leadership position in the market.
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products deliver tangible value and support clients’ risk management, compliance, and financial objectives.
