You’ll work on:

• Building and scaling full-stack systems (Python, TypeScript, React/Next.js)
• Integrating modern AI frameworks and distributed architectures
• Working closely with customers to deploy and refine product features
• Contributing to an ambitious engineering culture where quality and speed coexist

We’re looking for:

• Graduates from top universities (e.g. TUM, ETH, LMU, KIT, RWTH, or similar global tier)
• Or proven startup experience. Ideally early engineering hires or key contributors in high-growth environments
• Strong background in Python and frontend frameworks (React/Next.js/TypeScript)
• Interest or experience in AI systems, agent frameworks, or applied ML
• A bias for action, ownership, and problem-solving in small, high-performing teams
