Tech Lead

We’re looking for a Technical Lead to join our team and play a key role in designing and building scalable, high-performance platforms and data-driven solutions.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug robust software and platform solutions with a strong focus on scalability and performance.
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Design and implement real-time data pipelines and streaming applications using technologies like Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Work with cloud-native architectures and modern Azure services to deliver reliable and secure solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and technical requirements into high-quality engineering solutions.
• Participate in project planning, estimations, and technical decision-making within engineering teams.
• Apply modern development methodologies (SAFe Agile, Iterative, Waterfall) across the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, monitoring, and observability.

🧠 Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software and/or platform engineering roles.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and debugging complex systems.
• Advanced knowledge of container orchestration and container engines (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proven experience building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Proficiency in multiple programming and scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Bash, SQL, PowerShell, .NET, Java, PHP, Ruby, Perl, C++, or R.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices (GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, GitHub Actions).
• Experience working in engineering environments with project management responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of modern development methodologies (SAFe Agile, Iterative, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with modern technical stacks and cloud services, including:
• Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, MongoDB / MongoDB Atlas, AKS, Dapr, FastAPI, React.js, .NET 8, Python 3, Azure AI Search, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Application Insights, Azure API Management, Qdrant, Azure OpenAI.

• Experience working under SAFe or Scrum/Agile frameworks.
• PMI certification or formal project management training.
