- Operate as the sole project manager while reporting to the Marketing Director/Head of Operations and participating in a 2–3 week onboarding period with senior leadership.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in a creative or marketing environment. Experience managing offshore creative or production teams.
- Hands-on experience using Asana for structured project or agency workflows.
- Strong design eye with experience reviewing vendor creative and providing actionable feedback.
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively with the internal team and U.S.-based clients. Experience with AI node-based automation flows and workflow infrastructure.
- Experience supporting creative workflows including video post-production, social scheduling, or similar pipelines.
- Someone who is highly motivated, engages in proactive communication, and values honesty and transparency.
- Must have their own reliable laptop or desktop (any brand/model is fine); device must be personal, not shared, and able to support full-time remote work.
- Ability to work remotely M–F, 9–5 MST/EST/CST with no overtime.
