🚀 We’re Hiring: Human Resources Coordinator


The Human Resources Coordinator will serve as the primary Human Capital focal point for the organization, coordinating all human capital–related matters with headquarters' Human Capital Department, which acts as the organization’s HC service provider.

The role is critical in ensuring smooth onboarding, employee lifecycle management, policy alignment, and effective communication between the entity and its headquarters, while supporting the organization’s growth and operational needs.


What You'll Do:


  • Act as the single point of contact for all HR matters between the organization and headquarters.
  • Coordinate the implementation of headquarters HR policies, procedures, and guidelines within the organization.
  • Ensure timely exchange of employee data, approvals, and documentation between both entities.
  • Update and maintain the org chart.
  • Support management and employees by clarifying HR processes, timelines, and requirements.
  • Coordinate HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Support internal coordination by channeling requests, information, and priorities efficiently.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for the organization's positions with headquarters' Human Capital department.
  • Support hiring managers with requisition initiation, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Facilitate end‑to‑end onboarding processes and act as the employee’s first Human Capital touchpoint during this stage.
  • Support the application of headquarters HR policies within the organization in a consistent and compliant manner.
  • Coordinate employee queries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Ensure HC practices comply with applicable headquarters regulations.
  • Flag operational or compliance risks to headquarters Human Capital when identified.
  • Coordinate HR reports and workforce data requests with headquarters Human Capital.
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting as required.
  • Support the organization's leadership in establishing basic internal HR workflows and communication channels.


What We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Experience in employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning and HR admin.
  • Certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are highly desirable
  • Strong commands in MS Office including Visio
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), Arabic is considered a plus.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up capability
  • High level of discretion, judgement, and confidentiality
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
