What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience working with Design Systems at scale
• Deep understanding of component-based design
• Advanced Figma expertise
• Attention to detail and system thinking mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Build, evolve, and maintain design system components
• Manage and structure Figma libraries and documentation
• Work with design tokens and variables to ensure scalability and consistency
• Ensure accessibility standards are properly implemented
• Support multi-brand theming and system adaptability
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and brand team
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with design-to-code workflows (React / CSS)
• Familiarity with Storybook or similar component documentation tools
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
