Mid / Sen .Net Developer (Back end) – Limerick

Great opportunity for a Mid / Sen .Net Developer to join a team and help shape the next generation of a growing product suite. You’ll work closely with the Software Development Manager and collaborate in a fast-paced Agile environment, using your technical expertise to deliver high-quality features that make an impact for an expanding customer base.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of features from concept and prototyping all the way through deployment to customers
• Build, refine, and expand product areas that directly support a rapidly growing user base
• Collaborate with a cross-functional Agile team to design, develop, and deliver impactful solutions
• Adopt and experiment with new technologies, leveraging cloud services to optimise performance
• Maintain strong coding standards and drive continuous improvement across the team

Experience

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Solid experience across the web development stack (backend, data, deployment—even if you’re not an expert in all areas)
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET (Framework & Core), Entity Framework, JavaScript, jQuery
• Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Ability to write secure, high-quality, performant code in a collaborative team environment
• Good understanding of CI/CD principles and deployment pipelines

Advantage but not essential

• Experience working with containers (e.g., Docker)
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Understanding of JWT, session management, and secure authentication flows
• Knowledge of role-based and claims-based authorization
• Experience with SAML, SSO, OAuth, and MFA
• Experience with ASP.NET Core Identity and/or AWS Cognito
