The Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager to help with the Supervision, Management, control and delivery of complex projects to the satisfaction of their clients.

You will take the lead in the definition of the project scope & objectives, create and coordinate a comprehensive project schedule, and ultimately ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. You will ensure your projects meet their budgetary objectives, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

Your duties will include client management in this role, and candidates with experience in Contracts Administration will be prioritized.

Requirements:

• Third Level Qualification in Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Construction Management
• 7+ years’ experience needed
• Exposure to Irish Contract Administration beneficial
• Track-record in leading teams in client-facing roles
• Exposure to establishing PEP’s for large-scale projects
• Previous experience in Close-out of project and associated Documentation
• Experience in coordinating development budgets for Client approval
• Must be able to demonstrate an ability to immediately fulfil the duties of the role.
