Role Overview

We are looking for a Machine Learning Specialist with strong expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to join our team contributing to innovative AI-driven solutions.

You will be part of a technologically focused environment, working on impactful products that support decision-making and improve processes within the healthcare and social sectors.

What you will do

• Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning models with a strong focus on NLP techniques and applications;
• Implement scalable MLOps pipelines to support model lifecycle automation and continuous deployment;
• Build, evaluate, and deploy solutions using cloud platforms such as Google Vertex AI and Azure Machine Learning;
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate ML models into production-ready solutions;
• Monitor model performance in production environments, driving continuous improvement and reliability.

What you are like

• Proficient in Python and experienced with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers;
• Skilled in NLP methodologies, including tasks such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and language generation;
• Strong understanding of MLOps practices, from development to deployment and monitoring;
• Experienced in working with cloud-based ML platforms, especially Vertex AI and Azure ML;
• Analytical, collaborative, and passionate about building scalable AI solutions;
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and contributing to end-to-end technical initiatives.
