Scrum Master / PMO

We are looking for an Scrum Master / PMO.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Team Support

• Facilitate and organize Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective)
• Promote self-organization and cross-functional collaboration within the team
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments
• Support the team in continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices

Project Management / PMO Responsibilities

• Support project planning, coordination, and tracking across initiatives
• Maintain structure, transparency, and documentation for projects and team activities
• Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g., alignment sessions, retrospectives, planning workshops)
• Contribute to status reporting, risk tracking, and dependency management
• Act as a reliable interface between teams, Product Owner, and the wider organization

Product Owner & Stakeholder Support

• Support the Product Owner in defining clear and well-structured Product Backlog items
• Coach the Product Owner on agile principles and best practices
• Foster effective collaboration between the Product Owner, development team, and stakeholders

🎯 Your Profile

• Mid-level experience working in agile environments;
• Proven mid-level project management experience;
• Experience in IT or software development projects is a strong advantage;
• Strong communication and facilitation skills;
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
