Our client, a well-established company operating within the digital financial and economic content space, is looking for a Senior UX/UI Lead Designer to join their growing UX team and contribute to the design and evolution of innovative digital products.
You will become part of a cross-functional environment (Design, Product, and Engineering), working closely with the CTO and collaborating with a UX team currently composed of two designers.
The team follows a Scrum-based methodology and focuses on the continuous evolution of a key business line.
There is also the possibility to start collaborating on a freelance basis, with the opportunity to transition into a long-term employment contract after approximately 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and guide the UX/UI team from a technical perspective, acting as the internal UX/UI reference.
Design wireframes and evolve them into high-fidelity UI solutions.
Apply and adapt layouts and variants within an existing Design System.
Ensure visual and functional consistency across products and platforms.
Iterate designs based on stakeholder and team feedback.
Prepare clear and structured design deliverables for development handoff.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Design System as new features and products are introduced.
Technical Skills
+3 years of experience in UX/UI design for consumer-facing web or app products.
Proven experience working with and evolving Design Systems.
Experience With
Advertising-based digital products
UX–Front-end collaboration
Design System decision-making based on real product cases
Strong balance between UI craftsmanship and UX principles.
Experience in UX research.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Ability to present a Design Book / Portfolio showcasing design taste and quality.
