Senior Frontend Developer (React)

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-end Software Developer to join our Innovative Platforms team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building scalable, efficient, and high-performing web applications using React, and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-friendly digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive web applications using React.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Implement and enforce front-end development standards and guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest front-end industry trends and technologies.
• Work directly with clients to gather, clarify, and document UI/UX requirements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development using React.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES2023+).
• Experience with modern UI libraries and frameworks such as MUI, Radix UI, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS, and TanStack.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with front-end bundlers such as RSPack or Vite.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have / Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Atomic CSS approaches such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring applications adhere to them.

Additional Technical Requirements:

• State management: Experience with libraries such as Zustand or Valtio.
• Performance optimization: Proven skills in optimizing front-end performance and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Testing frameworks: Experience with Vitest, Jest, or React Testing Library.
• CI/CD: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment pipelines for efficient application delivery.
• Accessibility: Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices to ensure inclusive applications.
