We are seeking a passionate Junior – Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain robust systems that power innovative web applications. If you thrive on creating scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• API & Architecture Design: Develop well-structured, scalable RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end applications and external services.
• Python & Django Expertise: Build core application logic using Python and Django (including Django REST Framework), optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Database Management: Design and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MSSQL, SQLite, etc.), applying strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient backend solutions.
• Code Quality: Write clean, well-tested, and documented code following best practices for maintainability.
• Security: Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security measures to protect sensitive data.
• DevOps Integration: Use Git, CI/CD tools, and testing frameworks to streamline deployment and ensure smooth delivery.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: Identify technical challenges proactively, propose improvements, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance systems and workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with Python and Django.
• Strong understanding of database principles and ORM usage.
• Solid knowledge of REST API design and best practices.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with FastAPI and AI-driven backend development concepts.
• Experience building backend systems for multi-user web applications.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and object storage.
• Ability to develop both on-premise and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, Docker, Redis, IIS.
• Understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum.

Nice to Have

• Experience in other programming languages relevant to backend development (e.g., .NET, TypeScript).
• Experience architecting secure public web applications.
• Interest in emerging technologies and continuous learning.
• Innovative mindset for applying new technologies to projects.
