Responsibilities and more:

Expert software engineer with strong UI/UX skills, capable of handling backend features, working with a TypeScript-dominated tech stack, and thriving in a high-autonomy environment.

Senior-level fullstack engineer with expert proficiency in Typescript, React, NextJS, and strong UI/UX instincts. Must be able to independently ship backend features (NodeJS, Postgres, Fastify), demonstrate outstanding communication, resilience, and product mastery. Only consider candidates who are motivated to work long hours, operate with zero ego, and can thrive without managerial oversight. Experience in high-autonomy, high-ownership environments is essential. Without these, do not proceed.

The job involves being an expert software engineer with a strong focus on UI/UX. The role requires the ability to independently handle backend features, although expertise in backend development is not mandatory. The candidate should possess elite communication skills, deep resilience, no ego, and product mastery. The engineering culture emphasizes optional code reviews, radical autonomy, high-bandwidth collaboration, direct feedback, and ruthless efficiency.
