- 7+ years in AI/ML, with expertise in LLMs and NLP for customer service.

- Strong leadership in AI projects, preferably in telecom or customer service.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

- Ability to explain AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
