Software Engineer

Build healthcare software that actually helps patients.

You'll develop both frontend interfaces with Vue.js and both backend APIs with Django and for a healthcare platform. You'll work directly with senior engineers to deliver production features that support real medical consultations and patient care.

In this fully remote role, you'll get to work across the full stack without being pigeonholed into just frontend or backend.

Healthcare moves more carefully than fintech, but that means your code actually gets proper review and testing and you'll learn about compliance and security considerations that make you a stronger engineer.

What You'll Do:

- Build RESTful APIs with Django and integrate them with Vue.js frontend components

- Design database schemas and write efficient queries for healthcare data

- Implement background jobs and asynchronous processing for platform reliability

- Debug production issues and contribute to system performance improvements

What You'll Need:

- 2-5 years professional experience with Python and Django

- Strong frontend skills with Vue.js, React, or Angular (they use Vue.js)

- Experience building and maintaining web applications in production environments

- Familiarity with Git workflows, pull requests, and code review processes
