An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Project Manager to join a busy portfolio and support the delivery of several people, process and technology initiatives. This role suits someone who thrives on variety, autonomy and working across multiple concurrent streams while engaging closely with diverse stakeholder groups.

About The Role

You’ll work across several active projects, providing structure, delivery oversight and stakeholder engagement support.

Rostering Project

• Centralising rostering for frontline workers
• Improving compliance, visibility and scheduling consistency
• Enhancing rostering processes and support models
  
  

Finance Process Improvement

• Streamlining system usage and processes across acquired businesses
• Enhancing finance operations and user experience
• Working alongside an embedded business analyst
  
  

People & Process: Services and Contractual Transition (IR & HR Focus)

• People‑centric project focused on process uplift, behaviours and organisational improvement
• Supporting the setup of new internal services
• Working with IR to update contractual arrangements ahead of expiry
• Involves governance, documentation and cross-functional coordination
  
  

About You

• Enjoys variety across people, process and light technology projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability
• Able to work autonomously and manage multiple streams at once
• Experienced in HR, operational improvement or organisational change
• Brings structure, clarity and delivery discipline to a busy environment
