A leading global delivery partner within the data‑centre and digital‑infrastructure sector is expanding its senior leadership team. With over £13 billion worth of major programmes in progress across multiple regions, we are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers capable of delivering hyperscale data‑centre projects of up to 1GW.

🔧 The Role

You will take ownership of the full project lifecycle across some of the most complex and ambitious hyperscale programmes currently in development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading delivery of major data‑centre programmes ranging from 100MW to 1GW
• Managing multi‑disciplinary project teams across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations
• Overseeing budget, schedule, quality, risk, governance, and compliance
• Driving alignment with client, contractor, and consultant stakeholders
• Ensuring technical excellence across MEP, power systems, and mission‑critical environments
• Reporting at senior and executive level, ensuring clarity, confidence, and delivery certainty

🧩 About You

We are looking for proven project‑delivery leaders with strong experience in large‑scale data‑centre environments.

You should have:

• 5–10+ years’ experience managing major capital projects in data centres or mission‑critical infrastructure
• A track record delivering high‑density or hyperscale facilities
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, high‑voltage power, and commissioning
• Experience managing £500M+ programmes
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management capability
• The ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, high‑growth environments
