Location: Munich (Hybrid)

We are hiring a Product Manager to drive strategic cross-functional initiatives within a large international mobility platform.

This is not a classic squad-based product role.

Instead, you will own complex business initiatives that span multiple product and engineering teams turning ambiguous commercial opportunities into delivered outcomes and measurable business impact.

You will operate at the intersection of:

• product strategy
• revenue optimisation
• stakeholder alignment
• operational execution

What You’ll Do

• Lead discovery across business and technical stakeholders
• Translate problems into product concepts and structured requirements
• Coordinate multiple product teams to deliver initiatives
• Manage dependencies and unblock delivery
• Define KPIs and measure business impact
• Drive adoption across divisions
• Balance business value vs technical feasibility

What We’re Looking For

• Product Manager / Product Owner experience in digital products
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
• Ability to operate in complex matrix organisations
• Commercial mindset and data-driven decision making
• Comfortable with ambiguity and cross-team ownership

Nice to have

• Revenue management / pricing exposure
• Marketplace / mobility / e-commerce experience
