System Analyst

Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s customer is a leading Latvian IT solutions company with more than 25 years of experience and Microsoft Gold Partner status. The company specializes in delivering secure and tailored combinations of classical IT, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence solutions to clients across both public and private sectors. They are currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become an expert in the client’s business processes, information systems, and future needs, representing the client’s interests during the development phase
• Gather and analyze information about client requirements, data flows, system functionality, and integration with other systems
• Develop functional requirement specifications and software design documentation
• Define tasks for developers and provide consultation during the system development process to ensure successful project implementation aligned with business needs
• Prepare system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and related documentation.

Experience and Skills:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in systems or business analysis
• Higher education, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
• Excellent Latvian language skills and good English language skills
• Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and structured thinking
• Certification in systems/business analysis (preferred) or willingness to obtain relevant certification

Salary up to 3500 gross/month.
