About the Role:

The Market Analytics and Pricing Manager is a key commercial role within the pharmaceutical business, responsible for driving data-based decision-making across pricing, market analytics, and public procurement activities. This position plays a central role in supporting Market Access, Finance, Business Development, and Commercial Business Units by delivering high-quality market insights, pricing strategies, and financial analyses. The role ensures effective price implementation, monitors market dynamics, and contributes to sustainable growth and successful product access within the Lithuanian healthcare system.


Working cross-functionally and engaging with external stakeholders — including regulatory authorities and business partners — the role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and the ability to manage complex processes while ensuring full compliance and maintaining a strong company reputation.

Essential Job Requirements

Education

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Health Sciences, or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical market analytics, pricing, or market access may compensate for differences in educational background.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry (manufacturer, wholesaler, or pharmacy chain) (advantage).
  • Strong understanding of the Lithuanian healthcare system and reimbursement environment (advantage).
  • Experience in pricing strategy and margin management.
  • Account management experience and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Public procurement and tender process experience (advantage)
  • Strong proficiency in analytical and business tools.
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
  • Excellent MS Office literacy.

  • Commercial mindset with solid business acumen.
  • Excellent planning, budgeting, and organizational skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze pharmaceutical market trends, sales performance, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the full price implementation and price change process, ensuring accurate documentation and effective internal and external communication with partner companies, relevant authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor and analyze public procurement market within the assigned scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional processes related to public tenders and ensure timely submissions.
  • Provide pricing and analytical input to Market Access, Business Development, and Commercial teams.
  • Analyze and monitor fulfillment of agreements with the Lithuanian National Health Insurance Fund
  • Maintain and archive of historical sales, pricing and tenders data.
  • Regularly complete relevant professional and business process training as required by the company.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal company standards.
