Compliance Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager specialized in DORA Remediation.

Context

As part of compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and European Banking Authority (EBA) guidelines, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to lead the remediation of all outsourcing arrangements.

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum education level: Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3)

• Experience in risk management, regulatory or legal compliance preferred

Main Responsibilities

Governance & Oversight

• Support the outsourcing manager in deploying the compliance strategy

• Ensure overall monitoring of remediation across the contract portfolio

• Prepare executive committee (CODIR) materials on project progress

• Facilitate coordination among stakeholders (business units, legal, providers, principals, management)

• Lead COPRO and other follow-up meetings

Qualification & Analysis

• Assess outsourced services and evaluate their criticality under DORA/EBA criteria

• Support business teams in using qualification tools

• Update and maintain registers (ROI, EBA, internal group register)

Contractual & Legal Aspects

• Assist legal teams in integrating DORA clauses into contract amendments

• Challenge contractual clauses based on the service context

• Negotiate with providers to secure necessary commitments

Compliance & Audit

• Contribute to gathering materials for internal and external audits

• Prepare files for the Insurance Commissioner

• Draft exit plans and support their implementation and testing

Required Skills

• Rigorous, with integrity and confidentiality

• Autonomous and proactive in problem-solving

• Strong skills in contract analysis and understanding of legal issues

• Clear oral communication with diverse profiles

• Ability to challenge stakeholders diplomatically

• Advanced Excel skills for consolidating multi-source data

Languages

• Fluent French (main working language)

• Written English required (for contractual negotiations with providers)
