What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office, especially Excel, HR information systems)
• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of labor law and payroll issues is an advantage
• High level of confidentiality and integrity.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to improve processes.
• Ability to work independently and with remote management support.
