At Tesla, we are fortunate to have access to tons of data and always take a data driven approach to innovation and problem solving. We are now looking for a world-class talent to join our EMEA Service Business Planning team as lead of our planning, data analysis and optimization capabilities.

The successful candidate will transfer insights from our data into opportunities to improve our service strategy, performance, processes and systems. The person we are looking for can communicate around data in a way that is easy to understand for a vast number of stakeholders within the service organization.

We are looking for a team player who manages, coaches and develops a group of skilled individuals making sure we live our wanted values and behaviors.

What You'll Do
Create and maintain end-to-end models and analyses to understand trade-offs when making complex decisions that affect our Service, Body Repair & Aftersales operations

Develop and own a robust service growth and capacity plan and work together with our Infrastructure Development team to ensure we have needed service locations and field headcount secured for upcoming years

Drive and improve demand forecasting capabilities to refine Tesla EMEA’s short- and long-term perspectives on how Tesla’s Service Operations are expected to evolve

Build and manage a team of brilliant people to help succeed with the tasks at hand. Coach, develop and support team members to secure top quality deliveries and employee satisfaction.

Constantly drive for efficiency, productivity and process improvements in partnership with all business peers, both at headquarters and in the field

Act as a facilitator for decision making and alignment based on data as well as a central point for data sharing between teams in key projects for the Business

Identify growth and optimization opportunities for the Service Business by proactively or in close collaboration with stakeholders working on gap analyses. Optimize our internal vehicle fleet of loaner and mobile cars based on vehicle data, usage, policies and customer appointments

Develop insights on market dynamics and competitive landscapes for each of EMEAs 28+ markets to guide the service business on growth and strategic decisions

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with an ability to express your ideas with numbers. A proven background within data management, analytics, data science or similar
  • Excellent communication skills to secure data insights and improvement possibilities are understood in all parts of the EMEA service organization including the field
  • Natural skills for solving complex problems with many stakeholders
  • Strong leadership acumen and the ability to build a team based on each team members strengths
  • A creative mindset that thinks outside the box and can invent new solutions to problems
  • Ability to develop collaborative & respectful relationships and act as a trusted partner that others want to work with
