Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer.

Model: Remote from Poland

Contract: B2B

FTE: full-time

Tasks:

• Creating advanced backend solutions in C#
• Creating and maintaining frontend components
• Creating technical documentation
• Supporting implementations through responsive problem-solving
• Balancing changing priorities with ongoing development work

Technical Knowledge

• Proficient in .NET 8.0/9.0/10.0 and C# for building scalable services
• Front-end development using React.js ~18, React Query
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core and databases (Azure SQL, MS SQL)
• RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Core (OpenAPI Standard)
• Experience with Azure is a plus (App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Entra ID)

Working Style

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities and projects can change
• Ability to switch between projects and feature development
• Strong diagnostic skills to quickly resolve issues
• Direct collaboration with stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with minimal downtime, supervision, including planning and designing generic, reusable components

Professional Profile

• Conversational English
• Senior developer capable of working independently on complex projects
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (~10 members)
• Good communication skills in technical documentation and customer interaction
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows (Azure DevOps, GitHub)
• Experience using AI-based development tools (Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot) is a valuable advantage
