Product Designer (Req English)

Senior UX DesignerLocation: São Paulo, brazil (Remote/Hybrid) Experience Level: 4+ YearsWe are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and leading the design process from discovery through to delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between user needs and business goals through data-driven design and collaborative workshops.Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Design: Lead the design process for complex digital products, ensuring a seamless user journey across web and mobile platforms.
User Research: Plan and execute various research techniques (interviews, surveys, card sorting, tree testing) to gather actionable insights.
Facilitation: Design and lead collaborative workshops (Design Sprints, Ideation sessions, Stakeholder alignment) to solve problems and build consensus.
Prototyping & Testing: Build high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and conduct usability testing using tools like Maze or Hotjar.
Data Analysis: Monitor user behavior and SEO trends using tools like Hotjar, Semrush, or similar platforms to iterate on designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure technical feasibility and high-quality implementation.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in UX/Product Design.
Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto-layout, Components, Variables).
Research Toolkit: Proven ability to perform diverse UX research methodologies and translate findings into design requirements.
Testing Skills: Experience setting up and analyzing tests in Maze and heatmaps/recordings in Hotjar.
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher) for collaborating with international teams.
Workshop Facilitation: Demonstrated experience in running successful design workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Development Knowledge: Practical experience with JavaScript and CSS to better collaborate with engineering teams.
Agile Mindset: Experience working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Marketing/SEO Awareness: Familiarity with Semrush or similar tools to understand the intersection of UX and organic search performance.
