About The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our analytics capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop analytical solutions, build dashboards, and transform raw data into meaningful insights. You will play a key role in improving reporting processes and supporting strategic and operational decisions.

About The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our analytics capabilities and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop analytical solutions, build dashboards, and transform raw data into meaningful insights. You will play a key role in improving reporting processes and supporting strategic and operational decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI (or similar business intelligence tools)
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries
- Design and develop data models and visual dashboards
- Translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Create structured reports and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality and reporting processes
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL (or similar tools)
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; Estonian would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional environments
- Experience with Pentaho Data Integration, developing solutions in a Vertica data warehouse environment, and programming in Python (for data science functions) and R will be considered an advantage
