Talent Acquisition Coordinator – High‑End Tech Streaming Provider
Location: Amsterdam HQ (Hybrid)
Contract: 6‑month engagement, extensions possible
Team: Talent Acquisition Operations (global collaboration across sites)
Role Overview
This is an operations‑driven TA Coordinator role in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment.
Sourcers/Researchers run the (pre‑) search; the TA Coordinator acts as the relationship owner with the business and is the interlinking pin between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams. Strong, proactive communication is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Own interview scheduling end‑to‑end, ensuring a high standard at relatively high volume (target ~50 interviews/week as the operating sweet spot).
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates, guiding next steps and safeguarding a candidate‑first experience.
- Act as the coordination hub with the business: booking interviews, aligning stakeholders, and keeping timelines on track.
- Support peak periods and shifting priorities; help manage workload spikes across regions (including Poland hiring support when needed).
- Deliver the essentials of TA administration with high accuracy (administrator discipline is important right now).
Backgrounds We Value
- Experience as a TA Coordinator, Recruiter, or HR Administrator in high‑volume settings.
- Excellent communication skills; able to manage expectations and maintain clarity with limited tooling.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Tooling (Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have)
- ATS: Eightfold (or similar enterprise ATS)
- Workload / Case Management: Airtable; Zendesk / Service Desk
- Collaboration & Scheduling: Standard video, chat, and calendar tools
These tools are a plus, not a hard requirement; the emphasis is on strong communication and operational discipline.
Operating Model
- Hybrid TA team.
- Coordination footprint includes Amsterdam (3 coordinators) and Manila (2 coordinators); collaborate cross‑site to handle peaks and redistribute load as needed.
Assessment Process
- Three (3) x 30‑minute conversations.
- Case study with five scenarios to test prioritization, communication, and judgement.
