Experienced Project Manager

A Project Manager at FORWARD is responsible for… managing projects! In other words, the realization and follow-up of different projects. You represent our client and ensure that the intended project result is realized without losing sight of our tribe member’s needs. You’ll make an impact on driving digital transformations, working with top-level clients, realising projects from beginning to end with leading teams of top-level consultants.

What will you be doing?

• Coordinating and being responsible for the follow-up of projects
• Masterminding the whole project lifecycle – from inception over execution to closing
• Defining concrete deliverables and intermediate steps, drawing up the project schedule and evaluating the necessary resources for the realisation of the project
• Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on project progress to management and clients
• Identifying new opportunities and strategically thinking along in long-term relationship with the customer
• Managing all project resources including staff; identify, document and assign project roles and reporting relationships.
• Identifying and formulating the needs and expectations of our customer;
• Deadlines are sacred to you. You ensure that, together with the project team, you achieve the agreed delivery times within time and budget and with acceptable risks.
• You have alignments with external parties (customers, suppliers, Salesforce)

Your profile

• Based in Belgium or The Netherlands.
• Dutch and English speaking.
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• You are eager to learn, assertive & you can cope with some stress and are result-oriented.
• You are analytical, possess strong organizational skills, and demonstrate leadership.
• You have a great sense of responsibility. The customers, stakeholders and FORWARD tribe members are the centre of your attention.
• You can express yourself fluently in English. Dutch & French are a plus.
• You have a passion for digital transformation and implementations within the Salesforce eco-system.
• You have a strong technical background, with a demonstrated proficiency in (custom) software development.
• You have proven track of e-commerce or CRM projects or marketing implementations.
• Agile methodology has no surprises for you.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
• Key competencies: people management, time management, problem-solving, communication, ownership, decision-making skills and negotiation.
