Enterprise Information Security Manager | Amsterdam | €160,000 Package + Bonus + Hybrid

We’re supporting a globally recognised organisation seeking a senior security leader to drive enterprise security across EMEA. This is a high-impact role with ownership, influence, and executive exposure.

The Role

You will lead the execution of the EMEA Information Security strategy, overseeing key security functions and building regional capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise security strategy across EMEA
• Lead and develop a team of security specialists
• Oversee Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, Application Security, Risk & Compliance and Awareness
• Own the security risk register and reporting
• Lead audits and regulatory readiness
• Act as deputy to the Information Security Director
• Manage vendor security governance
• Provide executive-level reporting

Requirements

• Strong background in enterprise cyber security leadership
• Experience in multinational environments
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, CIS, OWASP
• Hands-on experience across key security domains
• Experience managing budgets, projects and stakeholders
• Strong communication skills at executive level
