Responsibilities
Scrum Master - Banking
Toronto - Hybrid (4 days WFO)
Role Descriptions:

oWilling to act as both a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and Scrum Master| seamlessly balancing responsibilities in both areas.
oCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather| analyze| and document requirements while ensuring alignment with project goals.
oFacilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups| sprint planning| retrospectives| etc.) and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
oBuild strong relationships with business teams| technical teams| and other stakeholders.
oAct as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
