Business Intelligence Lead

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Intelligence Lead / Manager to drive our data analytics function and support business decision-making through advanced insights and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and a proven track record of transforming data into actionable business value. This role requires a highly analytical professional with 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and team management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Intelligence team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve BI strategies, processes, and best practices to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify data needs, translate business requirements into actionable insights, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic and operational objectives.
• Present findings, visualizations, and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends, emerging BI technologies, and advancements in analytics tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security policies while implementing BI solutions.
• Drive BI project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data management.
• Proven experience managing BI teams, projects, and large-scale data initiatives.
• Deep expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into actionable business recommendations.
