Artificial Intelligence Lead

We are looking for an AI Lead to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI solutions aligned with business goals. The role involves managing AI projects, mentoring the team, and ensuring scalable, production-ready models using machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the AI research and development team, driving innovation and technical excellence.
• Develop and execute AI strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Monitor emerging AI trends, tools, and methodologies to keep the company at the forefront of AI technology.
• Ensure AI models are scalable, efficient, and maintainable in production environments.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Establish best practices for AI development, data handling, and model evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Bechler or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience managing AI projects and leading technical teams in R&D environments.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques.
• Strong grasp of data science principles, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
