Network Engineer - Juniper - Permanent - Hybrid - $135K Base

About the role
An established healthcare company in Sydney are looking to recruit a network engineer on a permanent basis to join their team.
The role would suit someone with solid skills within Juniper, particularly Juniper SRX Firewalls.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and management of network infrastructure like routers, switches, SD-WAN, Firewalls and VPNs
- Assess and monitor network performance and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues like latency, bandwidth and security
- Implement network security protocols
- Work closely with other IT departments
Key Skills:
- Good experience in Juniper - SRX is a must have
- Solid experience with WAN, LAN, WLAN
- Knowledge of protocols like BGP, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Network Security experience in firewall management and VPN configuration
- Experience with SD-WAN is nice to have
- Juniper related certifications (JNCIP, JNCIS, etc) or equivalent cisco certs.
