You know the feeling.
You come across a job opening that feels like a perfect fit. You’re driven, you learn fast, and you deliver results — yet on paper, everyone seems to have the same CV. That’s exactly what’s broken in recruitment.
And that’s exactly what we fix.
Welcome to AssessioAssessio helps organizations hire better people based on objective data, not gut feeling or CVs. With our SaaS platform, we match talent and roles based on potential, competencies, and behavior.
The result?
Better hires, lower turnover, and fairer opportunities in the labor market. We work with more than 2,000 organizations, including Rabobank, KLM, G-Star, Maandag, and PostNL, and are growing rapidly across Europe.
As our Website Manager, you will own and shape Assessio’s digital presence as a strategic growth engine. Our website is more than a platform — it’s a core commercial asset. You’ll ensure it drives brand impact, qualified pipeline, and measurable business results.
You’ll take end-to-end ownership of our web ecosystem: from infrastructure and headless CMS architecture to UX, SEO, automation, and conversion optimization. Working closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams, you translate business strategy into seamless digital experiences that convert.
This is a high-impact role for someone who combines technical expertise with commercial insight and creative thinking, so not just a 'website maintenance' role.
What you’ll doYou combine strong project management skills, technical depth, commercial understanding, and data-driven thinking. You’re as comfortable discussing infrastructure and SEO architecture as you are optimizing conversion flows and user journeys.

✈️ We’re an international company and value staying connected. That means a yearly company trip to Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, Berlin, Paris or Amsterdam! Expect dinners, catching up with your international colleagues, inspiring sessions, and great parties.
♻️ Every day, we work towards our mission: Zero Talent Waste. This is the goal behind everything we do. Contribute to a fair labor market—it adds an extra layer of meaning to your work.
We practice what we preach. We ask you to complete an assessment consisting of three parts: a cognitive ability assessment, a personality assessment, and a motivation questionnaire.
Everyone goes through this process. Why? To ensure that everyone gets a fair chance and that our decisions are based on data, not gut feeling. The assessment takes approximately 40 minutes, and you’ll receive a quick response from us after completing it.
