Project Manager

Airswift is seeking a Project Manager to focus on the Fire Protection Scope for Data Centers.

12 months assignment in Paris initially.

The client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee sprinkler installation projects within high‑criticality Data Center environments, ensuring strong technical leadership and client interface.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end sprinkler installation projects in Data Centers, from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise monteurs sprinkler and on-site technical teams.
• Manage project planning, resources, procurement, budget tracking and progress reporting.
• Act as primary client interface, driving technical meetings, updates and risk management.
• Ensure full compliance with fire protection standards (APSAD, NF, FM Global).
• Mitigate operational risks, resolve issues and guarantee delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, design and HSE teams to validate feasibility and technical accuracy.

Skills:

• Strong experience managing sprinkler installation projects.
• Proven background working in Data Center environments.
• Experience supervising monteurs sprinkler and coordinating site activities.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Solid understanding of APSAD / NF / FM Global fire protection standards.
• Exposure to multi-discipline environments (HVAC, electrical, security).
• BIM / CAD literacy.
