About Your New Job as a Data Insights Analyst

• Manage a broad portfolio of client-related research projects, delivering actionable intelligence. This includes market models and opportunity sizing, customer behaviour mapping, budgeting and forecasting analysis, and technology market research.
• Collaborate closely with digital and marketing teams to embed insights into their initiatives. Deliver market insights on new digital propositions, support campaign targeting, and refine segmentation.
• Run a structured competitor intelligence program, including quarterly competitor reports, tracking M&A and strategic moves, and maintaining competitor battle cards. Support strategic conversations with insights to shape pricing, renewals, and win-back activity.

What Skills You Need as a Data Insights Analyst

• Experience in market modeling, framework development, and secondary research.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining datasets, modeling market or client behaviour, and using Excel/BI tools confidently. Experience with CRM and SQL/Snowflake is desirable.
• Ability to translate insights into concise, actionable recommendations and create executive-ready summaries, briefs, and playbooks.
• Experience working with commercial, digital, marketing, analytics, and leadership teams, and adapting outputs to different stakeholder needs.
• Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end accountability for research workstreams and dive into ambiguous topics to structure them effectively.

• €70,000 - €80,000 Annual Salary
• Rolling Contract for 6 Months
