We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in the successful delivery of ERP, IT Service, and Cloud projects. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly across all phases:

Job Details:

Location: Milan (or anywhere in Italy)

Way of Working: Fully remote

Salary: €55k - €65k + bonus

Your Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers with the organizational and administrative coordination of projects
• Maintain and track project plans, timelines, task lists, and status reports
• Prepare, organize, and follow up on project meetings (agendas, minutes, action items)
• Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with external partners and vendors
• Document project progress, risks, decisions, and open items
• Support resource and capacity planning activities
• Ensure structured filing and maintenance of project documentation in relevant tools
• Facilitate clear communication between project teams, stakeholders, and customers

Your Profile:

• Initial experience in project coordination, project assistance, or a comparable administrative role
• Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication skills
• Confidence in using common project and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• First exposure to agile and/or traditional project management methodologies is a plus
• Excellent Italian and English language skills
