Project Manager – AI & Automation Projects

Join a dynamic team leading AI and automation initiatives for innovative clients. You will translate client needs into clear project requirements, coordinate technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact projects that improve processes and efficiency.

YOU WILL:

• Analyze client situations and translate them into structured project requirements.
• Define project goals, business logic, process flows, and identify risks and assumptions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirement specs, task assignments, and recording changes/decisions.
• Coordinate the technical team: break down tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress and deadlines.
• Understand business processes and read process diagrams to discuss workflows effectively with clients.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clear status updates.
• Contribute to improving project management practices and workflows.
  
  
  

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

• Minimum 2 years experience managing IT or automation projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure requirements and processes.
• Experience in project documentation and task management.
• Ability to coordinate technical teams effectively.
• Basic understanding of business processes and ability to interpret process diagrams.
• Experience in Agile / iterative project environments is a plus.
• Experience in AI or automation solution projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

For this role, we offer a NET (after taxes) salary range of €1,500 – €2,500, based on experience and skills.
