Frontend-Heavy Full-stack Engineer

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend

•⁠ ⁠Extensive experience building web applications using Next.js (including SSG, SSR, ISR, API routes)

•⁠ ⁠Strong expertise in React component design and state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in TypeScript and writing type-safe code

•⁠ ⁠Solid experience with HTML5 / CSS3 / SCSS / TailwindCSS and modern frontend UI implementation

•⁠ ⁠Experience developing and managing components using Storybook

•⁠ ⁠Able to design clean, maintainable, and well-structured components and state management, understandable by any developer

•⁠ ⁠Can self-drive UI/UX development from scratch, even without existing designs, by understanding requirements

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices, including accessibility, responsive design, and performance optimization

•⁠ ⁠Experience with advanced animations and interactions (preferred)

•⁠ ⁠Experience with frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)

Backend / Fullstack

•⁠ ⁠Experience building server-side APIs with NestJS

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding and experience with REST API / GraphQL design and implementation

•⁠ ⁠Database design and management experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)

•⁠ ⁠Experience with CI/CD pipelines and unit/E2E testing

•⁠ ⁠Security-aware development practices (XSS, CSRF, CORS, input validation, etc.)

Domain Experience

•⁠ ⁠Experience in Fintech development

•⁠ ⁠Experience working in startup environments

•⁠ ⁠Experience with blockchain / Web3 development, including smart contract integration (preferred)

Leadership / Team Experience

•⁠ ⁠Experience in team leadership or mentorship

•⁠ ⁠Involvement in technical decision-making and architecture design

•⁠ ⁠Experience with code reviews and improving development processes
