Project Manager

• Contract Project Management role - Government/Public sector
• 3 days onsite in Dublin
• 12month contract

Suitable for a Project Manager with experience leading business transformation projects for public sector/government bodies. Ideal for PM professionals with government and state agency experience – 3 days onsite in Dublin.

The Role

• Lead large-scale business and digital transformation projects for government clients in Ireland, delivering to time, cost and quality.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery: planning, governance, RAID, budgets, resourcing and benefits realisation.
• Deliver business process design, testing and end-user training across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Work closely with client leadership to shape solutions, integrate data and technology, and drive policy, regulatory and public service change.

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years' project management experience delivering complex programmes, ideally in government, public sector or state agencies.
• Background in consulting or client-side transformation role within government.
• Strong project management toolkit (waterfall essential; Agile/SAFe/Scrum certifications and PRINCE2®/PMP highly desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and governance skills.
• Full right to work in Ireland.
