Marketing Data Analyst

We are a Dutch recruitment agency based in the Netherlands and we are preferred suppliers to big Banking organizations based in the Netherlands.

For one of our giant client based in Amsterdam we are looking for a Data Analyst.

36- 40 hours

2 - 3 year project

Hybrid (1-2 days per week onsite)

The project and the responsibilities:

You will work from the local Digital Marketing team, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation.

• Define and prioritize business needs for model development.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven propensity models in collaboration with analytics teams.
• Ensure alignment between global and local teams, including both model development teams and marketing stakeholders.
• Provide project guidance and coordination throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop a rollout plan for adoption of the models across multiple departments.
• Guide implementation of the models within the marketing department.
• Complete risk assessments for the identified models, ensuring compliance and robustness.
• Define KPIs for the models to measure their effectiveness and impact on digital sales.
• Create a business model to predict incremental value generated by the propensity-to-buy models (e.g., uplift in conversion, revenue impact).

Must haves:

• Strong business and data background with the ability to bridge both domains.
• Affinity with sales and marketing processes.
• Solid understanding of predictive models and analytics concepts.
• Experience with similar projects, ideally involving cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Experience in banking or financial services.
